The Company has since 1996 won Tenders for the Valuation of + 325,000 properties. The contracts include the Valuation of the whole of Soweto (for rating purposes) awarded to us by the Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan Council. Soweto - never previously researched or valued - represents about a third of the properties in the Greater Johannesburg Metropolitan Area and represents the biggest ever single valuation undertaken in Africa.
